Refund Eligibility

At RiviereGlim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom-made or personalized items (including engraved pieces) are not eligible for refunds unless defective.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned for refund:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include your order number and reason for return
  4. Ship the package to the address we provide

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • You may choose between replacement or full refund

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment
